My name is Angie Lanning and I am the School Librarian/Media Coordinator at Tyro Elementary.

I was a School Counselor from 2003-2019. My first year and ½, I was split between Tyro Middle and Extended Day. After that I was split between Reeds and Churchland for 4 years. I have been at Tyro Elementary since the doors opened in 2008.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UNCG, an advanced Master of Science degree in Counselor Education from NC A&T State University and a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Studies from UNCG.
